Managing the Knowledge Base Access your Knowledge Base under "Assistant -> See Questions" to manage and optimize your bot's response capabilities.
Question List: View and manage all questions encountered by the bot, along with their statuses and responses.
Add Question: Manually add new questions to refine and expand the bot's knowledge.
Remove Question: Eliminate obsolete or irrelevant questions to maintain a focused and efficient Knowledge Base.
Edit Answer: Update answers to ensure the bot provides the most current information.
Filter with Question Status: Utilize filters (All, Added, Answered, Unanswered, Deleted) to efficiently manage the database.
